Right, so I haven't updated this journal in a billion years.
Since this time last year, actually - that is just crazy, it feels so recent!
Well, since that time, I:

- went to Madagascar for a month (late Nov - late Dec). It was amazing, I experienced so much and learned what it was to be part of a team and learnt a lot about another culture. I was quite sad to return to Australia, although it's nice to be back home and have family/friends etc.

- since Madagascar I've loved traveling, especially independently (meaning me and my sister, lol) - we went to Sydney in lateish January - loved it. Then recently we went to Newcastle for a weekend for my friend Bryony's 18th, stayed for way too little a time but it was good fun.

- started school again, VCE this time. My subjects are Literature, History, Philosophy, Psychology 3/4, Chemistry and Maths. I say Maths without specifying for very good reasons. VCE is kinda stressful but it's more fun than I thought it would be moving around a lot cos you get a lot of exposure to different people and you get to do subjects you're interested in. So regretting picking Chemistry though, it's horrific.

- been to the City with my sister for the sole purpose of taking photographs and have uploaded quite a few on here.

- participating in Lent this year, have given up Facebook and Chocolate - it's nearly killing me and it's only the second week! CAN NOT WAIT for Easter. Hopefully I'll be in Melbourne for the passion play.
